The Happiest Salmon

Chinook Salmon by bambella

Real Chinook salmon rarely smile like this, and I believe their eyeballs are actually a tad smaller. I like this happy salmon though!

This is one of my designs for a client this weekend. =)

Tiger Face

Yesterday I painted for a really cute birthday girl's birthday party! I got to practice painting Ariel a few times, and one little boy was Spiderman! It was also very fun when some of the adults joined in and had flowers painted on their arms. I did one tiger like this at the party, but this picture is actually my daughter.

Unicorn Face Painting

I have been volunteering as a face painter at the Tualatin Parks and Rec. Concerts in the Park. My most popular design by far is this unicorn (inspired by Tina Connolly, who has helped me so much with face painting!)

Tonight's band was Pepe and the Bottle Blondes and they were really good! It has been so fun, but this was the last one. =(

Until next year!

Beauties at our work picnic

This is my friend and her daughters. Aren't they such cuties?

I had a great time painting at Cedar Ridge on Sunday. It is such a beautiful place and everyone was so nice!

Shark Week!

Shark Face Painting by bambella

There's been some Shark Week excitement around here.  Even though we don't have cable, Dave and V have been watching Shark Week shows on Netflix.  They like the Mythbusters episode where they build a giant robotic shark!

I get quite a few shark requests, so I wanted to come up with a shark design for the menu. I learned how to draw this shark from Dragonart.com and you can too! My daughter and I worked on this shark design together.
